Right To Know (Hazardous Materials)

Minnesota State College Southeast complies with the provisions of right-to-know legislation whereby students and staff are informed of hazardous substances or harmful physical agents present in the workplace. The college will not assume responsibility for any costs resulting from negligence on the part of the students. Costs for such occurrences are the responsibility of the student.
